Industrial Tour of PACKAGES LIMITED: An Industrial tour to Packages Limited was arranged for session 2020 (6th Semester) of Product and Industrial Design, UET, Lahore. on 28th February 2023. Subject teachers Ms. Aisha Hameed and Ms. Anum Shamshad accompanied the students. A comprehensive tour was provided by the industry guide to explain the various steps involved in product packaging development, from the sourcing of raw materials to the final packaging. The industrial work demonstrated that the workers were constantly monitoring the machinery, and quality control checks were performed at multiple stages to ensure that the product packaging met the company’s high standards.
Departments visited in the factory are: Art Department, Plate manufacturing department, Printing section, and BUFC (Business Unit Folding Cartons)
